As a certified Red Seal chef, Tim is passionate about the Foodservice Industry. As the Director of Foodservice Sales, Tim works closely with customers to create new opportunities and provide innovative, quality products that fulfill their needs. Since starting at Grand River Foods Tim has helped to grow the food service division by expanding Grand River Foods product lines. Tim is proud of Grand River Foods focus on customers’ needs, Quality Assurance, and Health & Safety. He believes the investment in state of the art facilities and equipment is a large component of the companies promise to “Good food made better.” While Tim appreciates all food this Red Seal chef puts shellfish or lamb dishes to the top of his list.
