As the Plant Manager, Katie is responsible for making Grand River Foods’ great tasting products. Katie is all about efficiency. Efficiency in improving the plant's productivity, health & safety record and in engaging the team in daily metrics. Katie’s passion for her work comes from seeing the team provide ideas for improvement, and energizing them as they work together to create great tasting, high quality products. Katie believes that Grand River Foods ability to make “Good food better” stems from their ability to add creativity and ingenuity to their processes because they are a responsive and nimble organization.
